Many people have this idea that high-quality stone pieces must be treated to precision and symmetry to create any object or structure. In contrast to this notion, these mix-n-match marble furnishings have been composed of unexpected assortments of differently sized slabs.

Interestingly, creator Rober Stadler is referencing classical architecture -- with all of its perfect proportions and uniformity. Employing gorgeous materials like veiny stone, plus the support of metal components, the designer has assembled surprisingly balanced objects from completely unusual combinations of shapes, cuts, colors and patterns. They come together to become shelves, a bookcase, a console table and a bench. They would integrate gorgeously into minimalist interiors, bringing exquisite and elegant visual variety.
