The Miss Earth 2007 Pageant promotes itself as beauty for a cause.

Miss Earth USA, Lisa Marie Forbes, is focusing on education and promotion of hybrid cards, and public transportation. If she won the crown, she says she would encourage research for new forms of gas.

The Miss Earth Pageant has beauties from over 90 countries and regions, and the finals are scheduled to be held in Manila on Nov. 11.
