Pocket-Size Scooters - Patinette Butterfly (GALLERY)

The search for minimalism in design has produced a strikingly diminutive prototype scooter that, when folded up, is barely bigger than a beer bottle. The concept was sanctioned by BMW and the Mini Cooper from which it gets its colors, according to designblog, and is the brainchild of Swiss designer Martin Ruegg.

The tiny scooter is made with inline skate wheels and a ‘Knirps’-umbrella which is a tiny folding umbrella.

I might hop onto one of this cute little things in the solitude of my apt when everyone is gone and there are no witnesses to the monumental spill that’s bound to take place.
