Fashion industry icons and celebrities joined forces to build these very cute and creative miniature designer homes for the Women In Need charity which provides shelter for homeless families in New York City.

Oscar de la Renta, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, Victoria and David Beckham, among other stars entered their own masterpieces for the worthwhile event. My personal favorite is the Helipad house created by Sean Combs.

The fabulous mini haute homes, which are all created from papier-mâché, will be displayed in the windows of Saks Fifth Avenue prior to being auctioned off.

Saks Fifth Avenue will feature the houses in its Fifth Avenue windows Nov. 5 to 9. The auction is scheduled to begin Nov. 9 at the Park Avenue Autumn restaurant on East 63rd Street. (wwd)
