Aurora Model Releases Tiny Cat Sculptures
If you take two things the Internet loves, cats and figures, and combine them, you might come up with something like these miniature cat models. Created by a Japanese customizer, these cat models were created in 1/35 scale, the perfect size to go in a miniature village, and are made entirely of metal.
What's endearing about them is the poses they're sculpted in, nuzzling against things, looking up at the viewer curiously. Usually, model-making is concerned with vehicles, military hardware, sci-fi spaceships and occasionally humans. Animals are rarely seen as a subject, much less adorable ones.
