Luxury as Charity - Billionaire Rents Hawaii Dream Home for $150 / Month

A Japanese billionaire has decided to share his wealth by renting out his mult-million dollar Hawaii mansions to under privileged familes at a mere fraction of their worth. He’s asking a pittance, really - $150 a month in rent.
Over 3000 families applied as tenants - however only a lucky 8 families could participate. The good news is that this generous and wealthy real estate developer hopes to open up four more properties as early as next month.
Japanese billionaire Genshiro Kawamoto is a real estate developer in Hawaii. He has a history of renting homes below market value to low-income Hawaiians, but now he’s selecting native Hawaiians to rent luxury homes for only $150 a month. Four of eight families have been selected from 3,000 applicants. He said he is renting the homes “because the affluent people can help the least fortunate people.”
