The Miley Cyrus MMVAs ‘Party in the USA’ performance featured an interesting costume choice.

The lingerie-like black item was paired with a white bandanna tied around her head. Later on two boys came out in hoods and bandannas around their faces and then Justin Bieber made an appearance.

Although the costume’s minimal amount of fabric seems to be nothing new for the starlet, the Miley Cyrus MMVAs ‘Party in the USA’ performance may be Miley’s attempt at gaining some “street cred.”
