If you are looking for an easy microwave dessert recipe, look no further. This Pear and Berry Microwave Crumble from Jackie Alpers and Elettra Wiedemann of Refinery29 is a summer-appropriate way to reuse a leftover cookie -- in three minutes or less. Any kind of cookie can be used as long as it goes with the fruit you use and it doesn't have any frosting. Oatmeal, shortbread and sugar cookies will all work well.

To make your own version of this microwave dessert at home, you will also need a small pear that can fit in the middle of a large and microwave-safe mug, plus cooking spray, mixed berries, brown sugar, almond meal, slivered almonds and cinnamon.
