Although called a neck wrap, this device appears to be more of a harness that rests on your neck and shoulder muscles.  The neck wrap uses small electric currents (micro currents) to relax tense and sore muscles.  It is designed to be work under clothing for continuous therapy.  According to the manufacturer’s website, “the current brings back oxygen and nutrients to the damaged cell while clearing up waste and toxins which cause the pain”.
