Super Bold Metallic Fashions - Miami Fashion Week (GALLERY)

What will the style-obsessed women of South Beach be wearing this season? Well, if the runways of Miami fashion week are any indicator, they’ll be wearing a whole lot of shiny fabrics, including metallics. The gallery shows appliquéd silver flowers, golden gloves, silver hems and even metallic, hot pink rock star pants! If too many women pick up on this style, people in Florida will experience an uber-bronzage —imagine, each woman will be like a walking retro sun reflector! For some reason metallics in the sweltering heat just doesn’t strike me as comfortable. Then again, maybe it’s like they say with shoes: if they’re killing you, they must look stupendous!
