Mercedes Benz Ventures into Eyewear

Mercedes Benz has teamed up with Italian eyewear company, Allison SpA to launch a product line of 40 pairs of sunglasses and eyeglass frames. So far, this joint venture will only supply European retailers. Look for hefty prices in the $220 to $350 range.

Mercedes Benz is venturing into this sector with collaborating with Italian eyewear company Allison SpA. At the recent Fashion Week event in Berlin, they unveiled 40 new pairs of sunglasses and eyeglass frames. Stylish and chic, the frames will be sold throughout Europe with selected retailers
