According to the designers Changduk Kim and Jinsoo Jeon, “It is best to measure oneself while coming out of the shower and naked as the day you were born.”

Smart, and much better than the scale. Body weight fluctuates too much depending on water retention. Also, if you're working out, it's the inches that count since muscle weighs more than fat.
