McDonalds McJob McAnger
[Edit]
McJob is the latest entry to Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary - used to describe job prospects at the fast-food giant McDonalds. The precise dictionary definition of McJob is “low-paying and dead-end work”.
Showing a complete sense of humour failure the McDonald’s CEO said it was “an inaccurate description of restaurant employment” & “a slap in the face to 12 million”.
That may be so, but its the temper tantrums of McDonalds that is causing the story to be an internet hit, not the entry itself. You would think that one of the 500,000 people McDonald’s employs would have the McGuts to point that out.
I’ll have a Big Mac and fries please.
