Photographer Mark Sarco creates the illusion of explicit sexual activities with the use of composite photography.

What looks like intercourse or sexual relations between a man and a woman is actually a composite shot of two separate images.

Each of the constituting images is just a nude portrait on its own. However, when manipulated and composed together, they create the illusion of something more.

Implications - While sex sells, brands understand that it takes more than just raunchy, seductive imagery to be attractive. Consumers are sick of seeing the same sensual themes that make them feel self-conscious about themselves. To keep the theme, businesses should try to adapt a more tasteful approach so that these "naughty" images are easier to stomach.
