Every 18 months, fashion label Mango offers young designers around the world the chance to enter the Mango Fashion Awards. The international fashion design competition has the support of five of the most influential international fashion design schools. The objective of the project is to give young designers access to a new media platform and give them the opportunity to market their collections.  The five Fashion Design Schools acting as co-organizers are: Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design (London); Escola Superior de Disseny, ESDi (Barcelona); Institut Français de la Mode (Paris); Istituto Marangoni (Milan-Paris-London); and Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten van Antwerpen (The Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Antwerp). These schools will form part of the First Jury, which will shortlist the 10 finalists out of the 50 candidates previously selected by the MANGO Committee.
