Mac Book WiFi hack demonstrated!

Well, bad news for Mac users, a hack has been detected possible with the brand new MacBook and the WiFi adapter it has. So what? Obviously this is a kick on the Mac campaigns that say proudly that their computers don’t get crashes and are technically perfect. Concretely the hack was done with a Toshiba laptop, and the rogue code that made the MacBook crash could be used, according to David Maynor -CTO at Errata Security-, to control some computer functions. The demonstration was made in front of of the crowds at the Black Hat DC event, and the main reason was that Apple just refused that vulnerability as possible, so now Maynor added that he will no longer tell Apple about his new findings. By now there’s a patch for Mac OS X 10.4.8 , and the rogue code will of course be made public by Mr. Maynor. Ok, nice campaign with the young mac guy laughing at the old fatty PC man, but now who is laughing?
