Hi Tech Meal Planning - Lunch Box Online

Tesco, a UK supermarket, have launched an online widget to help parents plan healthy, packed lunches for their little ones.

Its online team developed an online Lunchbox Selection Tool that allows parents to plan their children’s lunch boxes online. As parents choose each item from the site, the Lunchbox Selection Tool measures the nutritional content of each food against the Guideline Daily Amounts (GDAs) for calories, fat, saturates and salt.  An easy one stop shop to ensure that their children are eating a balanced meal. To make life even easier, once the parents have selected the lunchbox items, they can then use the Click To Buy option to have them delivered by the supermarket chain.

I for one find the whole RDA fiasco very complicated so wish I could so this for my evening meals!
