I always struggle with maintaining a healthy sleep schedule. That is why I love this award winning lamp by the Norwegian designgroup Varmo l Kollstad l Buene. The unique, Lull Lamp, blooms in the morning to wake you up and withers at night to put you to sleep. Designed with consultation from a psychologist and specialist on sleeping problems, Lull stretches its petals to bloom in the morning as a bud during sunrise. At night, Lull slowly dims and closes its petals when it’s time for bed. It transforms back and forth between a fully bloomed flower into a bud. The unique mechanism gives you a gradually dim instead of the abrupt dark or sharp brightness you get when you switch a regular lamp on or off. A small motor controls the motion of the petals. You can adjust the timing according to your schedule.
