Venture financing and Web3 firm Ludus Gaming has acquired the British esports organization LDN UTD. LDN UTD will be included in Ludus Gaming's organization as part of the purchase and collaboration with other businesses housed under its wing.
According to Ludus Gaming, the business specializes in play-to-earn (P2E) gaming and is a digital sports and gaming investment vehicle. The two firms will look at further sponsorship options, membership options, hospitality, and events to foster relationships between LDN UTD and other companies in the Ludus Gaming group.
