The Louis Vuitton Fall 2014 Menswear Collection has been building Maison from trunks for those traveling elite, and it's quite the coup that Vuitton has found a designer that travels more than its customers. It's no surprise that Kim Jones adorned his fall show with sandy, hand-painted swirls derived from satellite shots of the Atacama Desert.

He colors the wardrobe in sand and sky tones reminiscent of the beach, or more specifically, the Chilean landscape. Sporting 1990s-inspired wraparounds sunglasses and signature traveler felt is less eccentric than past season's. Clad in broad-banded alpaca stripes or Mondrian patchwork shearling cabans carry Jones' distinct talent for humble work-wear shapes gone luxe.

A highlight of the collection has to be the blue-checkered duffle; it's a delicate continuation of summer colors, making outfits versatile, warm and ready for cooler climates.
