Downtown Napa is undergoing a renaissance and revitalization. The City of Napa is quickly becoming a more than a blurb on the way to Rutherford, Yountville and St Helena and captivating people’s attention and interest as a first class culinary and wine destination. As the gateway to Napa Counties nearly 300 wineries this delightful little town nestled along the Napa River is drawing thousands of visitors wanting to explore the Oxbow Public Market and its 18 merchants and restaurants that offer local, organic and sustainable produce and products. Not to mention Copia and its new tasting room and wine bar, offering more than 500 wines by the glass (the largest by the glass selection on the West Coast). Now Chef Ken Frank and his Michelin Star restaurant La Toque have announced they’ll be moving shop from Rutherford and anchoring the dining at the new four star luxury Westin Verasa, Napa – a coup for both downtown Napa and the new luxury hotel.
