Lily Cole Goes Lolita for Playboy Marks & Spencer is one of the safest stores in the UK, selling everything from underwear to food, and it is generally a very conservative place. However, their image is set to get a bit racier as one of the faces of the brand, Lily Cole, is working for someone else. That someone else being Playboy. She posed nude for French Playboy in a shoot she sees as ‘art’ where she clutches a giant pink teddy bear to preserve her modesty. The shoot is said to have been inspired by the cover of French musician Serge Gainsbourg’s 1971 album Histoire de Melody Nelson. The magazine pictures triggered controversy even before their release, with people demanding that the store be boycotted. References: catwalkqueen, dailymail4 Comments: on Childlike Naughty |
