Forget sleeping pills and sedative hypnotics, like Nytol and Ambien, a UK-based company has produced a natural solution to insomnia, the LightSleeper. This little white orb projects a soft light (for 30 minutes) onto the ceiling above your bed.
The LighSleeper light moves in a soothing, controlled and circular manner. Following the light with your eyes will help relax and calm you helping you to get a good night’s sleep.
The LightSleeper was created by researchers at the University of Central Lancashire. The LightSleeper will retail for $209 and is available for a 14-day home trial.
