Stride Rite Children's Shoes are for Star Wars Geeks

With The Phantom of Menace returning to theaters soon in 2012, the onslaught of Star Wars-related merchandise is on the rise, as demonstrated with the Stride Rite Children’s Shoes. 

Stride Rite, a company who focuses on making shoes for children, has released a new lineup of Star Wars-related sneakers and soft soles. Some of their sneakers feature a lightsaber on each side, one lighting up to red and the other blue, to ensure your little man will be prepared for any Jedi mission. Other sneakers portray the characters of Commander Fox, Captain Rex and Darth Maul which all light up as well. R2D2 and Yoda appear in the soft soles collection.

Unfortunately for the Star Wars geek at heart, these Stride Rite Children’s Shoes are only for the young ones.
