University of Hertfordshire’s Professor Richard Wiseman has designed “the world’s most relaxing room” it looks more like a UFO than anything else - or a really creepy messed up spa. The soft green and blue lights, and billowing smoke adding to this effect.
Groups of no more than 10 people will be invited in for 15 minute sessions. Here they will “lie on soft matting and rest their heads on lavender-scented pillows” while being bathed in green light, looking up at a blue ceiling that resembles a sky and listening to a soundtrack which its composer describes as especially soothing.
