When it comes to the art of language, sometimes there are sayings that make sense verbally but when put into another context are completely ludicrous -- take the Les Mots Dits series as the perfect example. It focuses on French puns by illustrating them in adorable ways. By visualizing these sayings, people can appreciate such comparisons and descriptions in a unique way.

Created by designer-writer Arthur Gnanih, and his artistic director Ludivine Aubineau, the Les Mots Dits series was a fairly natural concept. As Fubiz writes, "he loves making puns and she loves illustrations." Put the two of them in the same room and voila! you have a series of cute drawings that break down some of his more clever observations.
