Front Design

Nobody knows who designed the first white plastic chair, but now they are practically everywhere. They have several good features - they’re light, cheap, stackable and easy to clean.  If you can look past the plastic, they are well designed in shape and style.  But their very blandness makes them oh-so-boring and their sheer popularity makes them common.

So the Swedish Front Design Group has revamped them with leather upholstery, making the humble white chair into an “exclusive armchair” and a a little more comfortable.
