The Lazika Municipality by Architects of Invention is a public services building for the planned development of Lazika in Georgia.

Architects of Invention have designed this building with maximum utility in mind taking into account the area’s marsh land. The firm also took preventative measures in its design as there exists a possibility of rising Black Sea levels due to global warming. Thus, the construction boasts a modernistic look that is stilt-centric.

Serving as both a town hall and public services office, this glass and steel construction is a now hosts a creative space for infrastructure planning of the new city. The interior space stuns with an open concept layout and colorful palette. The Lazika Municipality by Architects of Invention spearheads the area into its future as a metropolis.
