Chef Donatella Arpaia is putting together a one of the most interesting menus in honor of the sinking of the Titanic and the last meal served on board. The dinner will be served at the Liberty Science Center and it is entitled the Titanic: The Artifact Exhibit.

The Titanic: The Artifact Exhibit honors the last meal ever prepared on the cruise ship back in 1912. The meal offers a complete recreation of the dining experience on the boat offering ten different courses that span over a three hour dinner while a high class string quartet plays in the background. The meal posts opulence and luxury as the guests on the ship were extremely well-off and their meals reflected their tastes. The menu serves meals as close to the actual ones available on the ship, including a Waldorf Pudding.
