Laser Dresses - Hussein Chalayan (Follow-Up) (VIDEO)

Hussein Chalayan has once again woven technology into fashion.

Last October, Trend Hunter brought you the “transformer” collection by Chalayan. Now we present the looks from this year’s runway, featuring a brand new gallery of laser beam enhanced apparel. The Paris collection was full of quirky outfits, featuring an array of fabrics that literally lit up the stage by emitting colourful laser beams.

Moritz Wadlemeyer is the brains behind the outfit—he engineered and programmed servo-driven lasers for the living light show. The dup work well together; Chalayan doesn’t just mind standing out from the crowd, this designer embraces the bold and bizarre.
