These Decadent Large Cookies Creatively Celebrate Fall

Why have a regular sized cookie when you can have a large cookie is often the mindset behind any skillet biscuit recipe. This version in particular is geared towards autumn with a pumpkin, chocolate and nut toppings baked inside a cake biscuit hybrid that is served warm and eaten right from the pan.

This rich cookie dish features all the baking fixings such as floor, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla further infused with fall flavors with the addition of pumpkin puree, chocolate chips and pecans. The pumpkin puree even turns the batter into a glowing orange hue. Once baked and still hot the cookie is topped off with French vanilla ice cream, pecans and more chocolate chips and served pipping hot.
