The Lanvin Spring 2014 menswear show in Paris focuses on how the collection looks on screen and how it photographs. With this collection, Lanvin is looking for wearable clothes; things that men can actually wear on the streets, to work and on the town.
However, one cannot help but notice that these apparels can go both ways. Each garment features clean lines, silky materials and the models’ bodies are not particularly ample, allowing women to possibly sport these wears as well. Each garment has a very basic design paired with high quality materials. Some suits are oversized, some are more clipped and fitted, and a lot of these items appear in women’s fashion as well. Even the colors appear to be fairly unisex, including bright fuchsia jackets.
