Lady Gaga never fails to surprise us with her eccentric fashion, and her latest appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show was no exception.

Lady Gaga accessorized with a galaxy-inspired hat by Nasir Mazhar. The orbiting hat was given to Lady Gaga by my favorite stylist, Nicola Formichetti.

The piece is part of the Nasir Mazhar Fall/Winter 2009 collection.
