Let me show you this trendy baby carriage, the luxury ride for the affluent offspring. Nothing is better than a simple, light-weight stroller… unless it’s stamped with a fashionable brand, like Lacoste! This product got me thinking about the most important of consumer demands for opulent goods, and I narrowed it down to fashion and an easy going style. Really, who cares about price? Bugaboo got a dose of Lela Rose and now the iconic Maclaren has its dash of classic French sportswear--the age-old baby carriage gets a reptilian makeover this month thanks to Maclaren's collaboration with Lacoste. The $400 special-edition ensemble promises to transport babies in style, complete with the classic green crocodile logo and a coordinating baby Lacoste outfit consisting of a cotton polo shirt and pique knit sun hat. The stroller weighs 14.8 lbs, comes with front/wheel suspension, and is covered in mini green crocs, proving that one can never be too young for preppy chic.
