LA Auto Show Highlights (VIDEO)

Press days at the LA Auto Show were absolutely incredible, but a lot to take in. Here’s just a brief recap of some of the highlights.

My personal favourites? The Dodge Viper and Ferrari 430 Scuderia were incredible production cars that blew me away, while the futuristic Audi Cross Cabriolet Quattro concept and the VW Space Up! Blue have me excited for the future vehicles Germany is working on!

The Space Up! Blue was really cute… remind you of the retro Volkswagon campers? That’s because the hydrogen fuel-cell, plug-in was inspired by the 1950’s VW Samba Bus.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get any video coverage this time, but the crew at Fast Lane Daily got some incredible footage that we’re thankful we can share with you.

Because GM invited Trend Hunter down, I got to spend a lot of time looking at their line of new hybrids, and was able to get some exclusive interviews . As mentioned earlier, the 2008 Chevy Tahoe SUV was award Green Car of the Year. GM also unveiled the world’s first hybrid pickup truck, the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado.
