These sketches by Ki Yoong bring out the darker side of human nature through various contortions and designs. Mostly focusing on humans for her subjects, Yoong ensures all viewers have a lasting impression of her drawings upon viewing them.

This lasting impression is created through the small changes Ki Yoong incorporates to a traditional design. A portrait is shadowed in such a way that makes one wonder the troubles the subject is going through. A bird lying in a nest is placed in such a manner that one questions whether it is alive or dead. Although morbid, these sketches by Ki Yoong are nothing short of extraordinary.

Implications - Companies must not be afraid to use darker subjects and themes when it comes to advertising and product design. Many consumers are looking to purchase items that express unmentionable sentiments, and businesses can provide this to that growing customer base.
