@Going Like Sixty: You little Yankee Doodle you, talking about Kentucky people that way. I just happen to live close by to Louisville, and even the Queen got excited to wear a neat hat at the Derby. And she didn't make fun of the way some people talk;-) Ah jus don no wat makes yu thinc were hicks don heer.

@Geebee Micro: Yes, I am a Yankee (born and raised in Michigan.) I love the southern accent and it has nothing to do with being a hick. As a matter of fact, I love any accent. I often walk around the house talking in a "foriegn" accent. I think that comes from being a midwesterner who talks "flat." I would love to hear just a short clip of audio (or video) from Trendhunters.

@60 & Jeremy: I can't help but talk in an accent both in Arabic & English. Been living abroad since I was 17 and I've developed a unique mix from many countries. My vocabulary and accent is always made fun off when i visit back home in Syria.
