Kathleen Dustin's Evening Bags - Something To Talk About if the Party Gets Boring (GALLERY)

I have totally bought into the range of bags from Ceramic artist Kathleen Dustin - for once they are different let also stylish. Ie not tacky and whacky!!! This artist clearly does not do tacky as these are amazing. This might have something to do with Kathleen being is widely recognized as one of the world’s leading polymer clay artists.
Either way I want them all, and I want them now! And at around $450 it is not like they are totally out of reach…
Asked about her work the artist says;
In my past work, I've tried to put emotion and thought into the female face on each purse making it a beautiful object so that someone desires to pick it up and become engaged with it. I've also sometimes included biblical scripture on the back of the purse, usually from the Old Testament or the Hebrew Bible, which is relevant to the face expression and can give the wearer something meaningful to think about when the party gets boring.
