'Imagine' by Katerina Eibatova takes various elements and blends them together in a melodious fashion to create a series of typographic artwork in honor of John Lennon's iconic tune of the same name.

The alphabets look like something one would find in Alice's Wonderland. A mixture of fantasy-esque landscapes and dark features transforms simple letters into gateways into the imagination. Looking like something out of a Ray Bradbury story, the silhouettes and backgrounds have an inviting quality about them, enticing the audience to enter the dark and fantastical world.

Born in Leningrad, Russia, Eibatova studied art in St. Petersburg, Sweden and Moscow. Her artwork recalls sensations of serenity tampered by a lurking shadow, while emotion takes precedence depends on the viewer's approach and interpretation.
