Kate Frankfurt Puts an Elegant Twist on an Avant-Garde Updo

The images above are from Kate Frankfurt’s ‘Gentle Dolls’ shoot, and what I love most about them are the gorgeous updos each model has to accent the clothing.

We’ve featured a number of avant-garde hairstyles at TrendHunter.com before; these bow-shaped updos, however, adapt an outrageous hairstyle (one that we’ve seen on the likes of Lady GaGa) to traditional tastes. Rather than looking unusual and edgy, the hairstyles on Kate Frankfurt’s models give them an elegant air. Gorgeous.
