 John McCain Supports Obama He may be the most ironic U.S. citizen of the 2008 Presidential Election. John McCain (Johnathan B. McCain) is a musician from Brooklyn, New York who shares a name with the Republican candidate, but resembles Barack Obama in appearance. To add a twist to the story, McCain is fully supporting Barack Obama in this year’s election. Like Obama, McCain is biracial, and it has gotten him on a few radio talk shows in New York. “Once I mention that I’m interracial and my name is John McCain, they put me right through,” he said New York Daily News was the first to find McCain and publish an article about him this morning. With such an intriguing story, we are likely to see more of Obama-loving Mr. McCain.  McCain said he's toyed with the idea of turning the tables on gullible Republicans by holding a fund-raising dinner under the name "John McCain."
Then, when everyone is seated, McCain said, he would step out onstage with a wide smile on his face and declare, "Barack Obama thanks you for your contribution."
