Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling were among celebrities at the Heart Truth event that kicked off the Fall 2009 shows at New York Fashion Week on February 13.

The annual charity event for heart disease, plays on the proximity to Valentine’s Day and includes a celebrity fashion show marked by red gowns. The photo gallery includes images of Jennie Garth, Hillary Duff, Amanda Bynes, Susan Lucci, Valerie Bertinelli, Katie Couric, Jane Kaczmarek, Nia Long and Daisy Fuentes in their red Heart Truth gowns.
