The now retired pornstar wants to model for hot designers on the catwalk without busting out the seams. She has her sights set on acting in legitimate TV and movies as well. Added bonus, she can now see her feet for the first time in ten years.

“Jameson’s boyfriend, ultimate fighter Tito Ortiz, was on tour with the USO in Iraq when she had the surgery,” Business Wire reported, “Ortiz arrived home two days later and was relieved to learn that the operation was a complete success, and that Jameson was ecstatic with the results.”
