Increasing her efforts to go mainstream required Jenna Jameson to reduce her 34Ds back to their natural 34Cs. The now retired pornstar wants to model for hot designers on the catwalk without busting out the seams. She has her sights set on acting in legitimate TV and movies as well. Added bonus, she can now see her feet for the first time in ten years.

“Jameson’s boyfriend, ultimate fighter Tito Ortiz, was on tour with the USO in Iraq when she had the surgery,” Business Wire reported, “Ortiz arrived home two days later and was relieved to learn that the operation was a complete success, and that Jameson was ecstatic with the results.”

The Wire grabbed a quote from Ortiz, “‘I love Jenna no matter what size bra she wears. A lot of people are attracted to Jenna because of her physical appearance, but there is so much more to Jenna than what first meets the eye. I know that. Now maybe the rest of the world will have the opportunity to take notice, too.’
