This dynamic Jean Nouvel design was once a 19th century brewery that has now been revived as a vibrant space for the public to gather. Although the Fabrica Moritz Brewery no longer serves as the principle brewery, the venue is still a hotspot for culture and food, with proximity to vertical gardens, a museum, a gastronomical workshop as well as, the 'M' store and Moritz bar.

Some of the building's century-old structural components including walls and columns were reinforced and prominently featured in the space, although the new look makes it all feel quite modern. The entire space has a welcoming warm glow to it, which comes from the use of mirrors and a transparent resin coating that preserves the original flooring materials.
