A Swiss dentist apparently thought grills were kewl so made these for his daughter. After all the positive attention they got, he decided to start marketing them. The jewels are made of dental alloys and precious stones placed on a transparent base made exclusively for your mouth. They are harmless, but look like a ton of fun.
