'Lightscape' by James Turrell Explores the Artists's Light Art

Currently taking place at Houghton Hall in Norfolk, 'Lightscape' by James Turrell is a stunning retrospective on one of the world's most famous artist's working with the medium of light. Housing installations that are both site-specific and that span the artist's career, 'Lightscape' is an immersive exhibition that is sure to delight and inspire wonder in patrons.

On display until the end of October 2015, the summertime exhibition includes
and features the west-facing facade of Houghton Hall lit up at night (titled 'The Illumination'). The overall exhibit aims to expose patrons to Turrell's experience of light and hope to cultivate different modes of perception in the viewer. In general, James Turrell hopes to communicate the primal connection between humans and light.
