What do you know about Iran? I mean, other than what you read in the headlines and see on the news? Likely, not much. With the wealth of information at our web savvy fingertips everyday, is this ignorance still OK?

The internet is rich in content about Iran that strays far from nuclear war and extremists—you just have to be willing to dig.

This video, called “Iran: A Nation of Bloggers” sheds light on the truths of life in Iran and introduces viewers to the Iranian blogosphere which is, to the surprise of many, huge.

Did you know half of Iran’s population of 70,000,000 are under 25? Half! Now imagine the influence and web presence our culture’s under-25s have. Is it only a matter of time before things shift in Iran too? Iran is the third largest country for bloggers. Did you have any idea?

Like Obama, with his Blackberry glued to his hand, Iran isn’t that far behind in terms of technology: change will come.
