Ever found it hard to keep your pace when out running? Need something to ensure you don’t run out of steam half way through? Well the Cruise Control app for Apple iOS has been created using scientific research to perfect your daily jogging routine. The Cruise Control app for Apple iOS devices will help you manage your running speeds by quickening or lowering the pace of the music you’re listening to.
When you’re out on your jog you can choose to either set the goals by your heart rate or ideal pace. The super smart app will then use this information to search your music collection for songs with a rhythm between 140 and 180 beats per minute—which means roughly one step per beat. The app was created by Max Donelan - a professor of biomechanics and neurophysiology and PhD candidate Mark Snaterse.
