To be considered A list on MySpace you need to be connected. 20 year old Paul Griffiths has created a business empire on MySpace and has been singled out by the Future Laboratory as one of the Top 10 social networking stars to watch in 2008. Paul receives 500 friend requests a day, his Babycakes line has sold 10,000 t-shirts globallly, and clusters of MySpace imposters claim to be him. Other names to watch include Party Shank, the pioneers of Toystep who have turned down a number of record deals to go it alone, and Kesh a London-based fashion designer who is one half of the uber-cool pop duo The Coconut Twins. As Paul Griffiths puts it - “internet stars are the next rock stars.”
