While it might seem like the award-winning independent movies, documentaries and web-series hosted on IndieFlix would only be appreciated by adults, the online streaming service recently launched IndieFlix Kids to broaden its demographic.

The dedicated channel for children is geared at audiences age 12 and under, featuring a variety of kid-friendly content shorts that range from about two minutes to half an hour in length. In terms of accessing this content, IndieFlix Kids is available for streaming through Roku, Xbox, FireTV, Sony, in addition to iOS and other Internet-connected devices.

Now that numerous digital streaming platforms are looking to capitalize on child-friendly content, this hub creates a niche for children interested in films that are artful and insightful.
